US Military infrastructure, you are mighty. We get it. NOW SHUT THE FUCK UP! Fighter jets flying overhead is good for one day and one day only. The Air & Water Show took place Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Chicago. What's more, they practiced for two days before that. Five days of very loud planes over our city. I'm officially anti air-show now. This is every year also. This afternoon Hannah and I almost shit ourselves at North & Clybourn as a Blue Angel screamed over us. Chicago, please stop this glorified Air Force commercial, or at least take it down to one day. We all know these colors don't run. Enough already.

I am also anti Air and Water show. There were 3 million people supposedly this weekend. Way too many.
Stiles, Micah -- I couldn't agree more. What a waste of money and gas. Noise pollution too. When there are real life wars going on all around us and we still stand as a target for enemies, having fighter jets fly overhead isn't always the most soothing sound, sight or sign of patriotism. Down with the air show!
